Blocked From Facebook

As afew of you might know, i have MANY facebook accounts…
Recently (like 1-2 months ago), i decided that i release too much info away, after Mark Zuckerberg got stalked and how many of my friends also got their accounts hacked…

So, i decided to make a new facebook account, where i ONLY add people that i ACTUALLY know in person (and maybe a few others :p)

Anyways, today, i logged in and decided, hey, let’s add more people i ACTUALLY know?
And i ended up with this…

Meh, i don’t even use facebook…

Sherwood Uniting Church

Went to Sherwood Uniting Church today, was invited by some friends. Told them I’ll go, so I did.

It seems more airy compared to other churches I goto. Airy = more fresh air 😀

Happy to see old friends! 😀
They also did Holy Communion, which was different from the ones I normally attend at CMCA or Methodist churches in Malaysia. I also heard that Catholics use real wine? And I heard they stopped that for awhile due to swine flu or something like that. That also reminds me of those muslims journalists that took part in a catholic communion that spat it back out and took a picture, but the article was in malay.

Went to bible study afterwards, learnt new things. Was supposed to get dropped off at home, but change of plans, I ended up catching the train to the city, wondering around the city (more like lost in the city), going shopping (24 Krispy Kreme Doughnuts), then bus back to Sunnybank (and bought more food$.
It’s kinda funny how I’m from Brisbane, yet, I can get lost in the city :p

Met my sister’s friend, gave her a doughnut :p (I should have 23 left)

Then did stuff, went outside and slept. Woke up halfway and found my sister eating my doughnut(s), but lazy to stop her…

Anyways, just asked her how many she ate and she said 1, but it appears 2 were eaten. I hate it when people lie to me… nobody is getting any till someone fesses up.

As I discussed in bible study, I’m too lazy to buy food, so this week’s meal plan is 21 doughnuts and afew cans of soft drinks. Planning on sleeping this week away, since I plan to get the others to work. We always seem to end up leaving the shop way after we close the doors.
As long as I don’t dream, I guess I’ll be happy? Reminds me of Tangled and how all the characters were singing about their dreams?

Or else I can spend my week wasting time and money? In bible study, we were talking about how we can enjoy simplicity, such as spending time with creation? I’m thinking of places that might be fun, but going out alone is boring and everyone is busy with exams or something similar.

I feel like I’m ranting like Yii Zhu?
Someone told me that Psalms has 150-ish chapters and Proverbs has 30-ish chapters. So they read 5 Psalms and 1 Proverbs daily, but I never found the time to do it. I wonder if it’s sloth that’s my deadly sin? (anger, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, and gluttony).

Next Sunday, JYF
Next next Sunday, Holy Communion
Next next next Sunday, JYF
Next next next next Sunday, might try to find Yii Zhu?

Geotagged post?

Decided to blog from my iPhone.
Well, as soon as I started writing this post, it asked me for my location?
I guess it might add a map of my location?

Finished work at 9pm-ish today, even though we close at 5:30pm?
Not planning to work next week or the week after. Planning on sleeping.

I hate dreaming, I have no plans for the future, I hate dreaming of impossible things that won’t happen. Sorry if what I’m saying is too negative, but I really find it pointless to attempt any of my dreams.

Happy BDay Jess…
May yours be more entertaining than mine.
I remember mine last year, insomnia… I slept through it all while everyone celebrated it around me. I find no point in celebrating it… just 1 year closer to the day I die…

Psalms 23

  1. The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
  2. He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
  3. he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
    for his name’s sake.
  4. Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
    I will fear no evil,
    for you are with me;
    your rod and your staff,
    they comfort me.
  5. You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
    You anoint my head with oil;
    my cup overflows.
  6. Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
    forever.

And i really should take full advantage of JoeyLau.me…

Am i procrastinating? Maybe…

End of 1st day of work

Decided to start blogging this morning, since i haven’t really blogged much…

My laptop has been having issues, all started when i picked my laptop off my bedside table to put on my lap. The fan started making noises (luckily wasn’t my hard drive Open-mouthed smile), but called Asus today and they gave me 2 choices:

  1. Take it to Kessels Road Service Centre
  2. Get a courier to pick it up and take it for me

Due to work commitments (like the 10 days of work), i wouldn’t be able to make it to the service centre, so i oped option 2… Well, let’s hope it takes the 5 business day minimum so i can get the laptop back in time for JYF.

Had dinner at maccas. The younger 2 joined me Open-mouthed smile
Got home and slept. Woke up and feeling much refreshed Open-mouthed smile

Anyhows, i normally discuss what’s on my mind with my sisters…
It’s weird how you think you know someone, then they’re much different from how knew them?
I was told that they’re an introvert, but after getting to know her (and what i learnt today), she is VERY different…

[11/22/2010 7:39:04 PM] Someone else: [Insert Her Name Here] is very sensitive, so make sure u don’t say or mention anything that makes her feel uneasy, she is shy and more introvert.

Then again, girls are unpredictable, aren’t they?
Anyways, i wonder if i can link to her blog? I’ll ask her the next time i talk with her…

1st day of full time work :p

Dear bloggy, (Kinda like Dear diary, but i call my blog, ‘bloggy’ (i was thinking about ‘bloggie’, but i didn’t want to violate Sony’s copyright…)

Parents went overseas, so i have to take care of the store. (Can’t name the store, due to company policy…)

Anyways, was thinking this morning, since a girl confessed her hate for me?

Her (14:56): um……i still hate u so how can i be more offended if i already hate u so much?
Her (14:57): really? didnt notice it must just cause i hate u so much

Anyways, wasn’t planning on talking to her, but ended up talking to her anyways…
I did have a girl confess her love for me in year 10, but she also chased me around school Smile with tongue out

Work starts at 9:00am, got there at 8:58am. Other staff were working already…
Then again, she did say she MIGHT be late…

Anyways, how many days of work left? 10 days, approx.

I was going to get breakfast this morning, but was too lazy to go get it…
I was going to get this…

or

May as well get it another day…
As for Lunch/Dinner, going to wait for one of my sisters to buy it for me… (too lazy to walk…)

Will update this post later in the day Smile with tongue out

iPhone users ticked off by alarm clock malfunction

An iPhone glitch has caused chaos for users after the daylight savings switch.

MANY iPhone owners were left scrambling for the door this morning after a glitch caused alarms to malfunction.

The end of daylight saving at the weekend caused a malfunction with some alarms today and yesterday.

Some iPhone clocks automatically turned back one hour early yesterday morning while others went forward.

Disgruntled iPhone owners logged onto social networking websites to voice their frustration.

Twitter user @tmikbyrne was one of many people who complained to Apple Australia online.

"My iPhone alarm went off an hour late, can’t Apple fix the Australian daylight savings bugs already?" they said.

Another, @murphcee, said she planned to buy an alarm clock.

"First step in distancing myself from my iPhone is going to be buying a REAL alarm clock. I’m talking the one with two metal bells," she said.

A spokesperson for Apple Australia said time updates for iPhones were controlled by the phone carrier and that all relevant updates had been made.

iPhone users should ensure they were using the latest iOS software and had set the time to be updated automatically, the spokesperson said.
